Usually you gain 5 attribute points withing a level but at some levels you start gaining less and less until you stop gaining them. So at what levels do you gain less and by how much?

You gain 5 up to level 100. From level 101 to 125 you gain 3. After level 125 you gain none.

which sucks cause if you havent specced your stats perfectly, at 125 your screwed if all of a sudden you cant use the armor or weapon you recently found that is way better than your current one =) or even cause you put too much con and not enough str and agi for the equipment you DID plan on. my opinion is at least give one stat point per level after 125 just to get rid of the above stated problem, or let you redistribute at 125

I think you need the source code for that
I think you need the source code for this too

Hm ... couldn't you get around that with an item? Say ... with every level past 125 you gain a scroll. The scroll will craft with the amulet you're wearing (for ex Health Amulet) into Health Amulet +1 Strength (or whichever other attribute your choose).
Could work like this: Health Amulet + Power Tab = Health Amulet +1 Strength Health Amulet + Worshipper's Stone = Health Amulet +1 Faith Health Amulet + Health Tab = Health Amulet +1 Constitution
You'd eventually end up with something really cool like Health Amulet +25 Str +10 Con +20 Agility.
Since there already are items which increase or decrease your stats, this shouldn't require the source ¿verdad?

while that is indeed one way around the problem, I strongly doubt it'd work on more than a one-off scale. You'd have to program in thousands of combinations in order to fulfil all the possibilities. I think that if there were stats that needed to be enhanced beyond lvl 125, apoc would have to make one-off equipment made to order, and preferrably in secret as otherwise there'd be trouble and jealousy and such.

I kind of take your point but it don't think it's that bad, especially if you only allowed AP distribution in blocks of 5 or 10. After all, how many people are there *really* trying to get much beyond 200 (if that far)?

This subject was discussed and planned out in secret quite a while ago. The idea is that since you still obtain gems, a skill will be made at a certain level that will add attributes to your stats per each gem put into it. This is done so that you may have a permanent stat increase as long as the gems are inside the skill.(spoiler)
