Hey everyone, you guys may remember me.
It's Fuzzy/Dante from Akarra. Haven't seen most of you in years.
I started Akarra XP around 3-4 years ago. I have seen how much it has progressed and I barely even remember anything about this game anymore. All I remember is that it was my favorite game of all time and will stay that way forever.
I'd love to come back and play but the lack of people playing scares me.
10 regulars? C'mon, that would get so boring so fast. I really think Apoc should put some time in advertising to get atleast another 10-15 regulars on top of what we already have. I would gladly come back and I am in contact with others that would love to come back too but they opt for a larger community.
I really miss this game and what it was.
Please don't let it die. =[

You cant make a community out of thin air ;D if you know people who want a bigger community then invite them in to play so the community actually gets larger. As for advertising dont worry I have something in the making to help that.

before anyone begins to advertise, i highly recommend that someone make beginner guides so new players don't get discouraged (e.g. How to properly use attribute points, How to properly solo with each class type etc.)

I played the old akarra several years back and I totally agree with what sponge said; if there was a bigger player base I'd play more. Also, since this isn't the "main" server for akarra, there's also that sense that this game might randomly shut down and no one would hear from it again. That's also another reason why I'm reluctant to play.
I heard that a new website was being built, which might make the game seem more "stable" to some people. I usually stay away from those .tk sites when looking for games =/

When I first started playing on this server a year ago I thought it was kind of.. not good when I saw the website.

there was an event a couple of hours ago which really made me want to continue playing on this server because all i had to do was just sit and wait for people to kill the spawn of monsters ;D i honestly think that there should be more events in order to keep people entertained. this might be a good way to build a bigger player base and to keep newbie players from uninstalling the game

Hey! I remember you from Akarra back in the day. . .I'm pretty sure I was xcgumby in Akarra, but on the Daria forums, I was Pre. I just thought of this game the other day and searched for servers. Do any old people from the original Akarra still play this? I think I'll download it in a a couple days (I dont want to get distracted with finals). Hope to be playing with you guys soon.
